The first of the glories of the city are the three great piers that stretch into the ocean, often with a magnificent Naojin or the mind-bendingly huge Galyis cargo vessel docked. In the cay is the second wonder, the Denshou shipyard, where on land and great floating piers ships are cut, shaped, sanded, and coated in pitch. The activity here ceases only when the light fades to nothing each evening, and the workers all pass the shrine of Mist to give thanks for a day without storms. Located near the path through the cliff&amp;#039;s side, the shrine is a rough representation of Lady Doom, her hands carved toward the sky, with the stone beneath her sandaled feet chipped to represent waves.&lt;br /&gt;

Denshou faired better than most of the island during the destructive wave of Bloodstone&amp;#039;s fiendish army. Although the city was ransacked and burned, the piers (empty at the time of the attack) were left alone. One eyewitness hiding in a destroyed building said later that the army leaders decided it would take too much time and to just leave them because &amp;amp;quot;ain&amp;#039;t gonna be anyone alive ta use &amp;#039;em&amp;amp;quot;?. Because of this stroke of luck, Denshou was able to rebuild and get back to making ships in record time.&lt;br /&gt;

Currently the city is full-bore rebuilding the navy, and the ships are almost constantly out training new sailors. Enka has become important to Denshou for food and much of the metalwork is commissioned through Gi as well as imported from Huangjin. The city has a wide, well-traveled road going southeast from the city, and shrines to Mist, Vorax, and Rofirein.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
