Jakaras is seen every evening leaving the temple and every morning returning. What he does is a public secret. The women who conduct short-term relationships in their homes or in houses dedicated to that occupation certainly know what this silver-haired, olive-eyed man wants. Beyond that he preaches the ways of Sulterio in a carefully censored service twice a week, and privately, to the Deep dwarves who choose to worship at set times (though many do not do this).

A visitor to the temple should be warned: Jakaras is pronounced JA-karas, not jak-ar-AS, which has led to an unflattering nickname among the ladies who take his coin in exchange for comfort.
