===== Ranks of the Rohdenian Navy =====

Greatwatcher is the highest-rank in the navy and there are only three, each governing their own fleets. There are a total of nine fleets in the Navy. They are divided into three sections of three: Sun, Star and Moon. Each section is commanded by one of the Greatwatchers. Below the three Greatwatchers there are nine Watchers. One for each of the nine fleets.

Each ship is commanded by a Shipmaster. Below the Shipmaster in descending order of rank are: the Shipvoicer, the Deckmaster and Learners. Learner is the lowest ranking officer, still learning the basics of leadership onboard the ship.
