Enka: Defenses

The residents have built a number of deep shelters, stocked with dried foods and sealed water barrels, in case of an emergency. These shelters have well-hidden entrances and can hold the entire population if need be. Beyond that there is only a volunteer guard that would be less useful than a gauze fence against a well-organized attack.
