Winter's Breath: Defenses

Ashort wooden palisade and three guard posts form the town's inland defenses. Seawards, the harbor is watched over by a large stone lighthouse and a defense tower. Order is maintained through a special permit that allows the town a guard of 150 men. The guard is also led by one of Snow Tooth's representatives.
