The former capital existed for ten years in a state of first turbulence and then stasis as it went from being the seat of power to a relic of Brunger Rhugal's marching line. The city still holds great significance for the dwarves, both as a beachhead and symbol of their goals on Molten Island.
The Naazdah uogh of Metal is a somewhat symbolic position, once held by Krail Rhugal as it was held by his father. The next likely step from this position is to Naazdah Zhazhaurh (general), a position which is currently vacant. The current Naazdah uogh, Granth Brengal, is Krail Rhugal's best friend and greatly respected within the realm.
