Olivr Harold
Olivr is Snow Tooth's representative in Meredith and one of the founders of White Gate. He is a savvy man, and he runs Meredith's best tavern and inn, the White Bear. He's very vocal at the council meetings, and often tries to open the city more to trade and commerce, both of which would probably benefit his tavern. At the dragon's behest, he keeps an eye on things and lets the population do as they wish for the most part.
