Northern Banks

The channel between Bastil and Krashin is renowned for its submerged banks, and during summer when the tide is at its lowest, the muddy banks are only covered by a foot or so of water. Large groups of barbarian women walk the two statute miles out to sea to gather the rich harvest of shellfish that inhabit these muddy flats.
