	As the forces of [[Sinthar Bloodstone]] relentlessly hammered into any that opposed them, the Prantz Army sent forth a call for all able bodied individuals to fill its ranks. The flaws in such a policy became immediately apparent. Every cutthroat, vagabond, hedge [[knight]], and shifty character to be had enlisted, lured by the promise of food, room, pay, and all the killing they could handle. To clean up and establish a professional, tactically minded and effective Army, the King issued orders to start the enlistment and training of a professional Prantz Army Officer Corps. This corps has since been renamed the Rael Officer Army Corps, and though its function is still to develop military leaders, what exists today hardly resembles the Corps under the Waylend kings.
