	~~<span class="DROPCAP">W</span>orld~~ Leaders (WLs) are characters who have obtained epic levels as well as becoming influential in the game world in a large way. They are also players who have been a part of the [[Layonara]] community for a long time, most for several years. [[World Leaders]] are knowledgable about Layonara (in character and out) and serve as mentors for new characters and players as well as setting a standard for the role playing that is one of the [[core]] values of Layonara. World leaders have are also responsible to help players when they have issues and a GM is not on the server or available to help out and they have been given a few tools to allow them to do this. 	* <span class="BOLD">XP Wand</span> -All WL's have an XP wand that can be used to hand out XP to any character on the server. Please do not be bashful about its use as this will encourage characters to stay in character and to RP at all times. Use the wand and click on the target. This will reward them one hour of questing XP according to their level; this is the same chart that the GM Team uses when handing out questing XP. The use of the wand is tracked for abuse but please do not let this stop you from using the wand. The request is that no more than ten XP rewards be handed out by a single player within a given month and to not reward XP to a single character more than two times in a single month'within reason of course. You are able to target any character on the server, except for yourself, to give out rewards.
