Deadman's Pass is the only road through the central ranges of Dregar if you are not on foot and well prepared. The pass separates the Backbone Mountains and the Viper's Teeth. At one point Prantz protected the pass with intense vigilance. Deadman's Pass is the place that the "True Line," that started with Raklin Loenar as first Emperor in Prantz, ended. The fifth ruler in that family line was slain by a guard that protected him in this pass, and to this day you can still see his grave.
