Sitchu Mesuir Frostblossum

Sitchu Mesuir Frostblossum is a middle-aged halfling with two children, one wife, and no regrets. He is the chosen leader of Enka, and seems to enjoy every moment of his life. Those that meet this chestnut-haired man more often than not come away with a sense that there is hope, and that the world is not such a bad place after all.
