Glade of Worship: History and Rumors

Unlike the satyrs who fled to Aryte, the Broken Horn clan on Enderal has grown in number at a much slower rate. Numerous clashes with first the najashanian and later with the trolls have kept their numbers low, but at the same time the satyrs have managed to develop a society that values both love and life.

When the satyrs came to Enderal they found an untapped wilderness in the southern regions of the island. Apart from some colonies of pixies and other such creatures they found all the southern regions uninhabited. After the initial landing, the first place they came upon they called the Glade of Worship. Here in the lush, lightly wooded forest they finally found a peace that had been denied them for so many years by the lycanthrope threat on Caesin. It was here they first gave thanks to the gods of nature, and so they built their homes within the glade's protective embrace.

The satyrs value peace and harmony but they are realistic and know that those things do not come without a price. They are always wary of the threat posed by the trolls who have grown in numbers in the northern regions of the island.
