Lomir Welteel, ranger and cleric of Katia, is the son of Lord Ramen Welteel. He spents his younger days adventuring and wondering the woods, but his father did not approve such "waste of talents" and convinced Lomir to work for the Mistone Alliance when it was founded. Lomir was assigned several different posts in the Alliance, but none really interested him. Later, he resigned from his post at the Mistone Alliance and returned to his life in the forests of Mistone.
