• Location: Cel is on the southern shore of Vanavar, south of the Broken Mountains, and east of the Parched Hills.

• Population: 12,000: 50% elf, 35% human, 10% dwarf, 5% halfling

Swampy and wet terrain is found along the fringe of the Cel Wood, which is northwest of town. A rough coast borders the town on the ocean side, where a large man-made pier stretches far out into less turbulent waters.
