Florah the Tax Lady of Hlint

Florah grew up with her father, a fairly successful merchant. Learning business throughout her youth, she was apprenticed to the tax accountant of Hlint. Not surprisingly, she excelled at her job. When the tax accountant died of old age, she quickly assumed the job. With amazing speed, she cleaned and fixed all the records in the past ten years in 4 weeks. Quite unfortunately for her, but perhaps to the benefit of the starting adventurer, the ratman in the sewer seems to have taken an interest in her.
