• Location Cel is on the southern shore of Vanavar, south of the Broken Mountains, and east of the Parched Hills.

Swampy and wet terrain is found along the fringe of the Cel Wood, which is northwest of town. A rough coast borders the town on the ocean side, where a large man-made pier stretches far out into less turbulent waters.
