Akastos Leonid

Akastos is the Mayor of the city of Driran Castle and former officer in the Dragonsong army. He is a close friend of Elena Starphire; thus, when he was asked to stay with her after the division, this middle-aged man was placed in a strange position due to circumstances, because he was honor bound to stay with the legions of the Dominus. In the end, she convinced him to stay, and he has been chosen as Mayor of Driran Castle time and time again. Despite his military past, he has a feel for the pulse of the people; a trait that Elena knew would serve the fledgling realm because they lacked strong figures of authority that could keep order.
