Cel: Government and Politics

Relations between elves and dwarves have been strained at best, all through history and all over the world. However, in Cel the two races share responsibilities and get their jobs done. The spirit that governs modern Cel is that each person should know his or her job and place, and through the union of all the laborers the port and the shire will grow. A council of leaders, which includes all races in Cel, convenes twice a month and decides on rules that serve as guidelines when disputes arise.
