Truly a place of the old ways of nature, the Forest of Cover is vast, with its own brooding temperament, and holds within it a great deal of secrets from the times when fey magic and nature ruled the world and not man. To step within the Forest of Cover is to step into the lost time of the T'oleflor and those who walked the world with them in that time.

Ancient treants and other creatures of forgotten times walk these forests. Numerous are the places where even the brownies and fey that still dwell on the island never tread. The forest is simply so vast and deep that it's too dangerous'and in many cases unnecessary'to stray from familiar paths.

At its northern point, hundreds of streams and brooks babble their way through the forest before emptying into a deep gorge in a hundred spectacular waterfalls that mark the beginning of the Lazy River and over 300 statute miles of waterfalls, rapids, lakes and meandering river through the heart of the island.
