Evelyn Svendowski

She is a kind-hearted woman with a generous smile. She has taken over the social programs of Lor, including the first city-sponsored orphanage. She is trim for her late middle years with graying hair and deep blue eyes, and she has the kind of face that lends itself to confidence.

Gregor Svendowski

He has run the family business of Amiable Traders since 1398. He's a smallish man with a bald head and is obviously quite a number of years older than his wife. His compact size and apparent age are thrown into contrast when he speaks, though. A handshake as firm as a barbarian and a mellow basso voice greet the prospective customer or visitor. He and Evelyn became mayors after a 9-year stint on the Diet, and they have proven to be practical, decent people.
