 The closest to doctrine is the Six Bands of the Heart, an epic poem by Nave Missier El'dominae, the second Nave of Ilsare and one of the faith's greatest poets. While the entire epic is too large to reproduce here, the highlights define five of the six bands: moment, creation, reflection, passion, and inspiration. The sixth band is faith and is rarely attained.
