	World Leaders are characters that have earned a title in game by successfully completing a World Leader Development Quest (WLDQ). A WLDQ is a quest that is run by an approved member of the GM Team in order for a character to be able to earn a position of honor, authority and/or a title, within the game. All characters must be approved for this quest and they must pass a WLDQ in order to become a World Leader in game. World Leader characters must have made a difference in the world'combat does not count.
