Wizard's Wheat Ale: Difference between revisions

This more common ale has the typical taste of a fine wheat ale but with much less potency than your average brew. Once simply called "Wheat Ale," this particular variety of wheat ale began to be known over time as, "[[Wizard]]'s Wheat Ale" as it was noticed that [[lore/wizards|wizards]] would frequently request this drink and carry it with them on long journeys. This bitter golden liquid although flavorful, has a low enough [[alcohol]] content that even [[wizards]] could handle large quantities of it without forgetting their spells. Perhaps it is the quick processing of this beverage that leads to its low alcohol, or maybe it is the [[lore/cure-light-wounds|cure light wounds]] potion thrown in the mix. Either way, this drink has little effect on most and to a [[lore/dwarf|dwarf]], has no more effect than pure water.
