Traveller's Last Hope: Government and Politics

Like the other towns on the island, the town is ruled on behalf of the Mido of Bilkan by a sitchu. The current sitchu, a halfling woman named Cora Gardner, can trace her lineage back to the original founder of the inn. She holds her council meetings in one of the inn's larger rooms two times a month in order to discuss the town's latest issues.

Ever since the war with Telish broke out, the commander of the small contingent of troops camped outside the town also attends these meetings.
