Sitchu Dimasu Shim'kai

Sitchu Dimasu Shim'kai is an arrogant man. He treats most everyone as his inferior, looking for slight deviations from accepted practice to correct (and mock when the unfortunate transgressor isn't looking). He claims to run his life by the ona-ko-do but those who know him; and just about anyone versed in the code that has ever met him; can immediately tell he is not. He does have a persuasive way with those that would bend to flattery however, and it is said he caught the ear of the mido on a bad day for the ruler and took advantage.

Dimasu has lighter hair than most, being a deep brown, and chocolate brown eyes. He is an imposing man, having spent part of his life in physical labor, and is well-muscled and clearly proud of it.
