White Plains: History and Rumors

White Plains started off as a collection of shelters after the dragon's declaration of lordship in 1403 and has now grown, albeit haphazardly, into a cluster of buildings, tents, and mud and ice igloos, which form the largest settlement in the kingdom. Rarely do the races share the same residential areas in White Plains, as nearly all like to keep their neighborhoods pure, but they must all mix in the industrial and commercial areas such as the market and smithies. Accommodations vary, ranging from the filthy kobold section to the well-kept and clean official area where Knad'radoniad's servants, advisers, and visiting dignitaries live and work. This district is the closest to the entry to his lair.
