A dark elf, and former general of Sinthar Bloodstone. Milara was trying to ascend to godhood several decades ago, and almost succeeded.
His constellation, that of the Scorpion, was already in the sky at the time.
Now, he is scheming again inside the fortress known as Milara's Throne in the Mountains of Madness on southwestern Alindor.
