Ozlo was a dragon who turned out to be responsible for the calling of adventurers to Layonara's aid against Sinthar Bloodstone. He appeared to these adventurers in a dream before they found themselves in the town of Hlint. These adventurers became known as the Dragon Called.
Ozlo died while defending the Great Oak against the forces of Blood.
