Sitchu Kenn Scyvau

Kenn was placed by Gunther before the accident, and he is a stern but fair man. He is widely built with the nickname of Ox from some sporting records of his youth, but he has chosen the life of public servant from loyalty to his mido. Kenn struggles daily with crime that was unthinkable in the old city, but he never seems to give up on the ideals that define his nation. He has gone so far as to have the ona-ko-do tattooed on his arm. Kenn is married with four children.

Mana Hen'oz

Mana is the unofficial leader of the Rekishika; at 840, she is the oldest elf anyone knows about on the island. The petite, white-haired, brown-eyed elven lady has lived her entire life on Tilmar, refusing to leave even when Bloodstone's army occupied it. It was Mana that led the small tauns and settlements near the Spine Mountains to a hiding place within the range, and it was Mana who led them out when the occupation was ended and brought the survivors to Huangjin. She has never wanted power or fame and is content now to record and organize the history of the island.

Marie Hartley

Marie radiates her personality like sunlight on summer afternoon. Short for a human, she has golden hair and hazel eyes and a voice that could put angels to shame. She sings regardless of where she is, clearly happy with her chosen path, and by the nature of who she is she gets donations to keep her newly re-started Transcendent Symphony going. She is also known to give impromptu performances and was a fixture around Huangjin singing for the work crews rebuilding the city after the occupying forces left. She is not currently married but has two daughters.

Danate Geraladen

Danate is an unusual choice for a constable, having lost his legs below the knees fighting the battle for Huangjin. He gets around on a carriage run by his assistants, and he uses magically-enhanced crutches that aid his balance when not doing rounds to check on volunteers. He is otherwise unassuming with the dark hair and eyes typical to his people. Dante is married and has five children.
