Skyline Lake: Government and Politics

Skyline Lake sits close to the border with Telish Throne, but it falls within Bilkan's territory. Only a handful of civilians live close to the fertile lands and rocky crags, and most farmers who work the land travel either from Hiso to the south or Bilkan Castle to the east.
