Society of Scientific and Magical Gnomes for Evil Purposes is also known as S.S.M.G.E.P. As its name implies, it is an organization of gnomes dedicated to the invention of foul or destructive tools to spread chaos around the world. S.S.M.G.E.P. originated in Dregar, although no one knows where, and they have since performed many evil acts in Mistone as well.

One of the evil inventions they have used is the XWSE23 Bomb, which causes irregular body fat transfer between the target(s).

Their forces consist of wizards, engineers, and various types of golems. It is unclear who they have affliations with. Rumor has it that they are working with even more sinister organizations.
