Within the Forest of Drakes, vast, ancient oak trees stretch skyward, forming a dense canopy of leaves. The ground in this region is a very difficult to traverse because of the large up-thrusts of rock-like fingers that seem to be trying to claw their way up from the earth. This forms deep gullies, sudden drops and impenetrable barriers of rock and trees.
