Point Dart came into its own shortly after Blood's arrival. With Hurm disintegrating and with Prantz rebuilding its troops, Point Dart was left to itself and managed to build a good shipping business. Point Dart is one of the cities that is trying to break away from Prantz's rule. The port of Lor is Point Dart's rival city.
